Tell us about your style:
I’ve recently found my style through a process of finding and accepting myself. My go to would have to be joggers and a graphic oversize sweater, no matter the season. But recently I’m more into pattern dresses and rompers. Add some hoops to the outfit and I’m ready to take on the world!
What are you doing right now?
I’m learning the necessity of balance with all the passions and desires I have. Right now I’m focusing on my podcast Mind Your Own. On it I talk about how I balance taking care of myself and serving; growing in my vulnerability while seeking God’s love and entering into the business of film. This is the foundational piece in allowing my passion of creating youth programs for middle schoolers and high schoolers, interested in the arts, by helping them create professional portfolios to help them get entry level jobs or start their own business. I love young people and love doing whatever I can to see them excel in life especially in the arts and entertainment industry, it’s not easy to get into!

We’d love to hear something transformational God has done in your life:
God has SHIFTED and TRANSFORMED my life in various ways, but more recently starting at the end of 2017. I lost my best friend who was killed in a car accident, my grandfather passed away weeks after, I had fraudulent activity in my bank account, my car was broken into, then my great grandfather passed away, and my car was repossessed! It felt like God had to shift things in my life because the path I was headed on didn’t include Him. I forgot the most important thing: consulting God on how to best use the gifts he’s given to me instead of trying to figure it out by trial and error. Through the process of various things being taken away, I’ve learned gratitude, surrender and most definitely perseverance. That ultimately, God wants what is best for me, but how will I know what that is if I’m not listening. I have a more in depth story on my podcast entitled Shift or Get Shifted! You should check it out!
