Shop return policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which it was received — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom or personalised products
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us.
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original product. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the refund.
